Leadership Lessons Daily: Day 252

Scripture Passage: Proverbs 31:10-31
Great Women are Great Home-makers
The Proverbs 31 Woman is an example of a God fearing woman. She is also an inspiration to many women. Without any doubt, she is a leader. The Bible says concerning her, “She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness. Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.”
The lesson here is this; great women are great home-makers. They understand that charity begins at home and therefore they pay close attention to their households. They make it their business to know all that transpires in their home. They understand the needs of their husbands and children and rise to meet same. They do not stay idle. They are not busybodies, minding the vineyard of others while leaving theirs unkempt. Great women are leaders.
Prayer: Father, help me to mind my own home.
