Leadership Lessons Daily: Day 261

Scripture Passage: Esther 2:1-17
Great Women Stand Out from the Crowd
The Bible says concerning Esther, on the night she was made queen, “And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she obtained grace and favour in his sight more than all the virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen instead of Vashti.” Many maidens had gone ahead of Esther but she was chosen above them all to be queen.
The lesson here is this; great women stand out from the crowd. They are different; they act differently, they think differently and they talk differently. Great women are unique and they are special, therefore, they are preferred. Don’t blend in, stand out. Dare to be different. Dare to be special. Dare to be unique. Dare to be an original. Don’t settle for a being a copy of someone else. Dare to be you. Dare to be the best version of you.
Prayer: Father, help me to stand out everywhere I go.
