Lieutenant Colonel Theresa Bodnar is the guest in this episode of DOZ Show. She is a not only an officer in the United States Army, she is also a certified Army Master Resilience Trainer (MRT), a Positive Psychology Practitioner, Eating Psychology Educator, Author, and aspiring Motivational Speaker. Since obtaining her Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology, Theresa has been able to create a combination of poetry, positive psychology, and eating psychology tools that she wished she knew when she was younger. These tools and ways of thinking have helped her work through depression, body image, and addiction issues. Her book: Get UPP! Understanding Positive Psychology has been described as a fun way to explore positive psychology concepts and stay motivated. Theresa was first introduced to the field of positive psychology in the Army and decided to obtain her Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) program through the Flourishing Center. The ideas were revolutionary to her and have without doubt transformed her life.
