Donna Sager Cowan is the guest in this episode of DOZ Show. She is a writer and author of a children’s book series, grandmother, random fact-finder, encourager, and superhero. As the youngest child in a large family, Donna felt lost in the crowd. She entertained herself by making up stories and friends to play with. By age 5, she had taught herself to read, and that began her imaginative journey to dreamy castles with princes and fairy godmothers. Although she wrote for many years, she did not feel confident to publish any of her writings until she was given the push that many great achievers require at one time or the other to pursue their dreams. That “push” led to the writing and publishing of two books, With the Curiosity of a Cat and With the Courage of a Mouse; thus Donna attained her dream of becoming an author at the age of sixty and a time when her life was winding down. She is proof that we are never too old to pursue our dreams or have new dreams. Listen as she shares her story of a dream come true. Be inspired to pursue your dreams.
