Dr Ava Eagle Brown is the guest in this episode of DOZ Show. Ava’s early life was spent in poor rural Jamaica. As a young child, she was not regular at school because of the need to work for food instead. Her inner strength carried her through adolescence when she experienced incest and sexual abuse. As a young adult, she was raped at gunpoint, which caused her to flee Jamaica. She could have settled for being a victim of her painful past, but Ava chose to turn her pain into purpose and become her own warrior and hero. Armed with determination and courage, she rose from the ashes to become a resilient, strong and self-reliant woman. She is reaching back to help others find their purpose, and get unstuck from their limiting beliefs, so that they can live their best lives. She has coached entrepreneurs, CEOs, and business leaders, and has spoken words of inspiration and change to audiences in the US, Jamaica, Poland, Ireland, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Africa. In this interview, Ava shares her journey and inspires us for more.
