Audreia Josephs is the guest in this episode of DOZ Show. She is a life coach and motivational speaker who specialises in the “Art of Forgiveness” – a philosophy that envisions life as a journey of release and reconnection. Her own life experiences and her professional training helped form the basis of her strategy as a passionate life coach, and her powerful work around the United Kingdom has gained her an audience around the world – in particular amongst ‘women in prisons’. She has supported projects such as the Values Education for Life, Prison Link, the Rose Project Birmingham, and Action for Prisoners and Families (set up through the Princess Diana Memorial Trust). She was also able to accompany a group of her students to the Commonwealth Games in 2004, where she had the pleasure of meeting Their Royal Highnesses The Earl & Countess of Wessex, and Terry Waite, the former US Envoy. In 2016, Audreia released her first book, Forgiveness, The Journey to Healing the Heart. In recognition of her efforts, she was honoured to receive the Womanhood Global Recognition Best Authors Award in the same year. Listen as Audreia shares her journey, which although filled with the pain of abuse, rejection, betrayal, shame and disappointment has turned out to be a fairytale with a happily ever after.
